2024 Chevy Suburban

The 2024 Chevy Suburban gains a new performance-focused RST model with a 6.2L EcoTec3 V8 putting out 420 horsepower. Other trims have a 5.3L V8 with 355 hp or an available turbo diesel 3.0L inline-6. Max towing capacity reaches 8,300 lbs. Fuel economy is EPA-rated up to 24 MPG highway for 2WD models. Newly available safety features include HD surround vision and rear pedestrian alert.

The Suburban offers advanced technology like a 12.6-inch digital gauge cluster and up to five large display screens including an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system. Available amenities include a rear camera mirror, head-up display, wireless charging, and in-vehicle Wi-Fi. New for 2024 is Google built-in voice assistant, trailering integration, and a rear-seat entertainment system.

With three rows of seating for up to eight passengers, the 2024 Suburban has updated interior color schemes and additional USB ports. Exterior styling varies by trim, including off-road ready Z71 and elegant High Country. New for 2024 are unique 22-inch wheel designs and four new exterior colors, like Evergreen Gray Metallic.

The 2024 Suburban looks to build on past awards like the Best Buy Award from Kelley Blue Book. J.D. Power designated the Suburban as the top ranked large SUV in initial quality for 2022. It also earned a 5-Star Overall Safety Rating from the NHTSA for 2022 models.
